• Oversee several multi-year programs representing a financial turnover of ca.120MEuros over the period 2023-2027. These programs are dedicated to providing support to UN Peacekeeping operations as well as delivering military equipment to partner countries in Africa, the Balkans or the Middle-East on behalf of those organizations.
• Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, potential areas for business growth.
• Manage cross-functional teams to successfully execute international projects on time and within budget.
• Develop partnerships with international DTIB companies for mutually beneficial growth and expansion.
• Implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure to currency fluctuations, geopolitical instability, and other potential issues affecting international projects.
• Support company executives in developing long-term strategies for international expansion and growth, as well as key leader engagement.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, reducing costs and ensuring product quality.
• Deliver presentations at industry conferences, and to political stakeholders as well as high level military and diplomatic executives.

• Oversaw the training budget of Army land forces (130MEuros p.a.)
• Developed strategic financial plans to support the organization long-term training and readiness objectives.
• Directed budget development, budgetary controls and reporting.
• Established budgetary guidelines and allocate resources across the entire land forces (80+ subordinate units and headquarters).
• Set and monitored financial policies.

As financial counsellor within the military delegation of the French Permanent Representation to the EU, was responsible for all matters pertaining to funding of EU military Common Security & Defence Policy activities (EU miltary operations and military capacity building measures).

• contributed to negotiations to establish the European Peace Facility (EPF) ;
• expressed and defended national positions in military working groups,
• contributed to the French EU presidency semester
• maintain situational awareness of business opportunities to DTIB companies in the defense and security sector
• coordinate and liaise with all EU military Common Security & Defence Policy stakeholders : EEAS, Commission, EU military staff, Council, other permanent representations and ministerial departments.

Various positions the French MoD, including several postings abroad in Europe (Germany, Italy) or overseas (French Polynesia, USA) and deployments on operations. Among these, one posting in NATO command structure at JFC Naples, one posting in the NATO Force structure (Rapid Reaction Corps) and two deployments in NATO Headquarters.
