After meeting partner from Gouda, I moved to Gouda. I've found a simple job in supermarket bakery, however, I don't feel challenged, I don't learn anything new and everyday is the same, it is not me, that's why I'm looking for a new job. I'm prepared to travel for work.

• Preparing snacks for openings as well as Continuing making snacks on a lunch time.
• After a lunch time, was working in another department - bakery, helping baker with preparation. Tasks included making creams (everything we did ourselves, no prepared creams) decorating donuts, etc.. Counting fridge stock, cleaning kitchen according to all SVH rules.
• Later on had a training of Pizza and Pasta making. Working with industrial ovens, etc.

After Covid ended, I've returned to horeca. In this bakery I've learned a lot about food. I'm naturally good with cooking, but here I've learned the process of how is it going not only outside 'on the floor' but inside the kitchen as well. This gave a good experience and insights of how to fully operate a restaurant.

During Covid pandemic I worked 3 years from home as a customer service agent, where I've learned how to use many different software problems and handle angry customers.

I like working in team and I'm even better working on my own. I always feel responsibilities to ensure that everything runs smoothly and the way it suppose to be according to horeca rules and etics.
