Responsible for obtaining information through diagnosis on the shortcomings, strengths, and difficulties of programs carried out within the scope of the Social Dialogue Department, as well as identifying aspects to improve in existing programs. Propose, design, and implement a novel technique for project application (through public bidding) based on program diagnostic. As a result, improving the objectivity of the evaluation, transparency of the process, project follow-up, and achievement of the targeted objectives.

Propose and implement improvements to the programs carried out within the framework of the Social Dialogue Department based on the information gathered during the diagnosis, such as changing the curricula of the training programs, improving the methodology used to carry out the social dialogue roundtables, and incorporating subjects related to sustainability into the programs.

Collaboration in the methodological development of the topic selection for the Social Dialogue roundtables, considering stakeholders point of views. Following the discussion of topics that are important to them, the data is assessed in connection to the regional GDP, labor force, and economic sectors most affected by the COVID epidemic. The cross-referencing of this information enabled us to select the most important themes to focus on at the Department's social dialogue roundtables in 2020 and 2021.

Contribute to the methodological development of the topics to be addressed in the Social Dialogue roundtables in 2019, involving Regional Ministerial Secretaries (regional authorities) through the collection of regional information by means of a report. Responsible for creating this report and systematizing the information gathered in order to assess the results and cross-reference the data with regional GDP and labor force. Select the subjects and objectives of the Dialogue tables that were held in 2019 based on regional requirements.

In a charity named Caserta, I led biodiversity and conservation education projects. In a private conservation area near Santiago, I taught children and adults about local wildlife. These programs intended to increase knowledge about local biodiversity and animal-plant interactions, as well as to comprehend the value of each creature in the life cycle and to foster good attitudes toward conservation.

Furthermore, there were projects in the park area that involves the construction of facilities in the conservation area. I provided professional assistance for the construction project, ensuring that the project complied with the applicable legislation. I was in responsibility of organizing and cross-referencing information from many sources in order to unify the project, utilizing the geographic information system (GIS) as a tool.

I was a researcher assistant in different projects: A) “FONDECYT N°11160672” project which is based on environment and human wellbeing (human-nature relationship). In this research, I collected the field-data by surveying key community stakeholders. On the one hand, I interviewed the key actors (social aspect), and on the other, I collaborated with the quantitative data collection of non-timber forest products (environmental data collection in the field). B) “Prototype of social innovation for overcoming poverty” (Consejo Nacional de Innovación para el Desarrollo) In this study, I was responsible for the following tasks: bibliographical review, field data collecting, data analysis, and final report writing for information systematization.

Participation in the "Regional Development Index (IDERE) 2017" publication. I conducted a bibliographic analysis of environmental sustainability indicators and indices from across the world in order to incorporate the environmental factor into the recently designed IDERE index, which aims to be computed for all areas in the nation. Based on the literature research, national context, and information available in the country, I suggested which indicators and indices would be useful and should be considered in the IDERE. The majority of the discussions centered on the impact of the environment on people's quality of life.

I was in charge of the environmental impact evaluation for the solar energy generating project. I was in charge of the selection and dealing with all the specialists who took part in the impact assessment, and I worked on the biodiversity baseline with other professionals.
