It's a position operating on project management skills as well as the technical knowledge. The responsibility to deliver artwork starts with navigating the design phase between marketing team and the design agency, along the way includes stakeholder management and working with external companies, and ends when artwork is printed. In majority working on NPD/NPIs for FCMG and cosmetics, I gained experience among multiple interdisciplinary teams, in culturally diverse environment. Packaging specialist is responsible for technical correctness of each piece of packaging implemented. Within this role, I worked for Europe with the focus on Eastern Europe to expand the market of deodorants. Within the tasks was laboratory testing and decision of approval for production (closely cooperating with a factory in England), specification creation, contact with external companies, while working within the cross functional teams. The role requires understanding the production process as well factory work specifics. Majority of the role was remote - pandemic

Engineo is RnD side company of Kross, biggest bike producer in Poland. My responsibility was the bike design, working closely with mechanical engineers. This was a typical design process: concept work, 3D modelling + rendering, creating presentation of the project and presenting solutions, locking design into specification, checking correctness of produced goods and supporting factory line workers in executing the ideas (creating manuals). Other tasks were photo edition (+packshots), design of graphics with visual communication, creating packaging for accessories, file preparation for print of the packaging (+file creation automation). This work is a creation of graphic materials and product packaging for a nail products company, with major focus on marketing purposes, graphic trend analysis, graphic creation. Label design, DTP, print trials assessment and approval for production. First steps in file lock automation.
