  • Built and led tiger team - made out of members from 9 different teams and multiple domains - to adopt platform for PCI compliance
  • Worked closely with senior leadership and staff engineers to define technical vision for department.
  • Worked closely with the L&D team to devise a strategy and, tooling to enable the engineers to grow.
  • Led technical co-ordination efforts between Mollie and Google to achieve bi-directional technical communication to ensure smoother path to cloud.
  • Allied with other engineering leaders to plan, manage and coordinate domain structure around reaching prescribed development milestones.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to migrate on premises infrastructure to GCP.

  • One biology team: replacing a set of tools that are being used corporate wide with a new generation software suite that enables scientists seed and crop protection trials, with a focus on front-end rich environment, the 5 years project also included an integration phase with a focus on developing a reliable message exchanging system.
  • Rapid Response Team: 3-6 months rapid projects, mainly targeting assisting decision making by top management for different domains.
  • Track-wise team: Our client used the Track-wise QMS and we were responsible for the reporting part of the project.

Key responsibilities and achievements

  • One biology team: phase one of the project mainly focused on helping designing and developing integration services utilizing async communication via message exchanging, the second phase focused on designing and developing multiple sub-domains of the client facing application and help building the skeleton for UI automation solution.
  • Rapid response team: collecting requirements, implementing POCs, estimating resources and man days needed for the actual project and working with the team on it.
  • Track-wise team: Mainly for redesigning the reporting DB schema and optimizing reports generation time.
