• Supported the client intake process, assisting around 100 visitors weekly and collecting intake questionnaires, especially for clients with mental health conditions. Conducted initial consultations under supervision and coordinated with a team of mental health professionals.
• Visited psychiatric clinics to observe common mental health symptoms, learn intake methods, and practice basic assessment techniques. Gained familiarity with psychological assessment tools, helped issue reports, and explained results as needed.
• Handled administrative tasks, including case note documentation and data entry.

Provided administrative and logistical support for the consulting process, ensuring data systems were accurate and up-to-date.

Welcomed around 40 visitors weekly, listening to their needs and addressing inquiries.
