The project involved the construction of cast-in-place piles, and I served as the contractor's consultant. The excavation was carried out using a Soilmec S50. One of the main challenges we faced was the risk of pile drilling excavation collapse due to a high water level. However, we implemented procedures to mitigate this risk, and we were successful in the project.

As a technical expert, I was managing the pile excavation affairs, checking invoices, ensuring pile quality, monitoring time schedules, and coordinating with sub-contractors.

To become more talented, I applied for project managing course in University of Teheran one of the best University in Iran, it was a promising course which improved my critical thinking and problem solving as a primary requirement of a leader.

i have been field engineer in executive team for constructing quay-wall of a port in south of iran. it was a T-shape wall which was constructed in collaboration with Bauer Machinen, a german company which is pioneer in the excavation industry.

My roles included tender analysis, contract affairs, and overseeing sub-contractors. I am adept at invoice checking, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally, I have been served as a quality inspector, maintaining high standards throughout projects. due to my expertise as a marine structure engineer i was promoted to the position of manager of marine part of the company. My experience as an marine manager has honed my skills in overseeing operations in challenging environments and lead to a port constructing project in south of Iran. Then to become more involved in the mew project, i became a project manager assistant, I have been involved in diverse responsibilities, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of project management processes and requirements.
