Global legislation management, by:

• Maintaining and updating regulatory roadmap to have an overview of product compliance requirements globally, including EU, UK, US, China, Japan, Southeast Asia and Middle East regions
• Interpreting and translating legislation into product requirements and action points
• Aligning with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of compliance-related actions
• Examples of the focusing regulations in EU region: PPWR, Green Claim Directive, EUDR, ESPR

Operational work activities:

• Perform artwork checks on different product categories
• Provide regulatory input during NPD flow on artwork text and marketing materials
• Perform administration work in the internal MDM (master data management) system in terms of compliance review and approval

• Handle Cosmetic Product Registration: formula and raw material compliance, artwork compliance, supplier approval, safety assessment & efficacy test
• Support customs compliance tasks during the import and export process
• Establish and execute post-registration surveillance process
• Responsible for labeling compliance, marketing content and claim control, compliant management and communication with local authorities

• Perform risk assessments based on raw materials and production process
• Non-conformance and complaints management
• Handling customer inquiries related to quality
• Develop, implement, and maintain certified FSQM systems (IFS-higher level, BRC-AA)
