  • However, the organisation entered a period of severe financial difficulty following a major banking crisis. The principal bank, having made a substantial investment in the company, demanded the immediate return of its capital. This resulted in the bank repossessing the majority of the company’s shares and initiating a large-scale restructuring. In a short span of time, the organisation was reduced from approximately 1,500 employees to around 250.
  • As part of this company-wide downsizing, my role was made redundant. Despite the challenging circumstances, the experience strengthened my resilience, broadened my technical and commercial capabilities, and reinforced my commitment to delivering high-quality consultancy under all conditions.
