• Use SAP screens: ME33l, ME51-54N, ME23N, ME2L, ME5A, ZMRH. Familiar with Ariba, BOM:CS12 &15, MRP: MDO4, MDO7, ME21-ME23N, ME2M. ME2N, ME38, Material Master: MM03 etc.

• Created PO's for an average of 5 Million LBS + of meat monthly to plants across the country using SAP/ERP daily.
• Coordinated with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production schedulers/Supervisors, multiple processing plants, Accounts payable, and transportation.
