I Started working at SpaceNK in 2019 as packer and after 2 months of work, the company gave me the opportunity to learn and perform other tasks. After 6 months i was able to pick and put away stock, generate export manifests in the system for couriers, scan and print orders.
After 1 year i started to train new staff. It was challenging to comunicate in a effective way in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
I was tasked also to translate and convey senior management directives into actionable front-line policies and implemented changes with staff.
After 3 years, and with the company growing, i had the opportunity to integrate the ReturnDepartment team.
The fact that my work environment was in the core operational location, allowed me to observe, understand, learn and perform the required tasks to complete operational activities to point that i also became a trainer for new staff.
