• Assisting patients in both English and Turkish through phone and live chat

In addition to my role as a customer representative at Acibadem, I also support the translation department by assisting with Turkish-to-English translations of medical reports for our patients.

• Took a gap year to step away from academics and explore a more hands-on role. Becoming a barista was rewarding—I gained the skill and satisfaction of making quality coffee while connecting with lovely people. Working in a bookstore gave me the chance to read widely across genres, adding depth to this year of reflection.
