• Setting up a warehouse for a new customer in collaboration with logistics project and IT engineers.

• Developed and implemented the first clustering rules (INB/OB) and managed the end-to-end setup of a new warehouse.
• Replacing the OPS WHS manager in MT meetings during their absence (Venray/ Born).
• Currently closing a warehouse at one location (Born), relocating the customer, starting up, and implementing operations at the new site.

• Collaborated with other department heads on company-wide initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency across multiple divisions.
• Coaching and supporting ASV teams from other sites, sharing best practices to enhance performance across locations.

• Boosted warehouse operations performance by overseeing dispatching and setting optimal employee schedules.
• Evaluated team performance and provided feedback on areas requiring improvement.
• Leading and coaching 3 Assistants Warehouse Supervisors.
• Following several Lean/ HR/ Talent OPS trainings
• Executing improvement plans (Kaizen)

• Monitoring warehouse operations and coordinating activities for smooth production. Managing employees with a focus on continuous improvement, optimizing end-to-end processes, and driving daily employee development.

• Assisted in the development of new policies and procedures for handling returns, resulting in a more organized system.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to address product quality issues and reduce return rates.
