Tomas is a SAP Consultant with 6 years of experience with various HCM and HXM systems, from implementation to operational perspective, project and process management. He is certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core. Tomas is joyful, energetic and a friendly person with positive attitude. He is a quick learner who has natural curiosity for unknown and is able to see issues and possibilities from a holistic perspective. He is also passionate about leadership and Diversity, Equite and Inclusion topic.
Tomas is a part of the SAP AM team where he works with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS system, mainly with Employee Central. He is contributing as IT HR advisor, working with support and development requests, changes in legislations, setting IT HR processes and ensuring most efficient set up of HRIS at all time.
He has also become a People Manager for a team of 7 employees during this period responsible for development, coaching, setting of priorities. His approach is ethical leadership with focus on psychological safety.
Tomas is also part of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team in CapGemini Norway where his roles is responsible person for local LGBTQI+ initiation group OUTfront, global SPoC, communication, internal planning and competency development.
Implementation of Employee Central, system admin for SuccessFactors HR systems, full migration and transformation of data from previous system, improvement of HR processes from technical perspective, project management.
Holding of initial workshops with HR department about future set of system, close work with payroll department to ensure smooth work between the systems, full migration and transformation of data from previous system, creation of new organizational structure, corrections of initial settings.
Post Go Live activities such as clearing bugs and ensuring that processes has been set up according to needs. This role also contained responsibilities of Super Admin, for example monitoring of integration errors, solving of ad hoc tickets in Jira system, new configurations after law changes, actively creating smaller projects to simplify HR processes.
Work with variable HR systems (Oracle, SuccessFactors), daily follow up of HR processes and their evaluation, distribution of work, Agile approach towards new ways of working, automatization of processes.
