In this function I was part of a 7 person board of a charity organisation that organised transports between the Netherlands and the Polish-Ukrainian border. Our drivers would take supplies from the Netherlands and return with refugees. As the entire organisation was volunteer-based, we were able to keep the costs low, allowing us to help over 450 people. My function was mainly focused on corporate contacts with the goal of raising funds or supplies.

In this function I was part of a nine person board. This board is responsible for organising an annual three day festival for Cabaretiers at the start of their career. I was responsible for corporate contacts and raising funds from sponsors. I also changed the event to allow us to earn more money so that we could secure the future of the organisation. This board was volunteer based.

• Organized and edited training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Monitored and evaluated training performance to determine quality and cohesiveness.
• Assisted in development of employee assessments to measure training value.
• Reviewed and edited all training materials for accuracy and company policy compliance.
• Selected and assigned instructors to conduct specific training programs.

In this job I was responsible for approaching patients who had tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. After contacting the patient it was my responsibility to chart their previous contacts and whereabouts as well as providing the personalized quarantining information.

• Served high customer volumes during special events, nights, and weekends.
• Kept bar presentable and well-stocked to meet customer needs.
• Followed alcohol awareness procedures for preventing excessive guest intoxication.
• Explained daily specials and beverage promotions to exceed daily sales goals.
• Cultivated strong relationships with repeat customers, engaging in friendly conversation and memorizing drink orders to promote loyalty.

• Generated reports detailing findings and recommendations.
