Nepal, Teaching in English in Bandipur

● I went with 30 other classmates to Bandipur, Nepal for 15 days (March, 2019), where we taught English at a primary school in a nearby village.

Jordan Community Service
● When I lived in Jordan I went to a school for special needs children every Friday. We did this

for community service, we planned activities, singing songs, and did lots of outdoor sports.

● During high school, I prepared sandwiches and soups and then handed them out to people in need on the weekends

Jungle Conservation Program

● During my gap year, I decided to do a jungle conservation program for three months. I went to Panthera Sanctuary in Peru by the Madre de Dios River. I stayed there for three months where I had to a variety of different things ranging from physical conservation to data collection

● Was a member of the MODEL UN club at the United Nations International School, organized and held a conference at the United Nations General Assembly, and hosted 2 kids from schools around the world who attended the conference (Grade 9 - 12)

• As a camp counselor, I created activities, and games for kids, but also had a huge responsibility for the safety of the kids
• Communicated closely with other counselors to devise programs and activities based on developmental and academic levels.
