Program design and delivery :

  • Responsible for the co-creation, design and delivery of the Innovation Method programs for NN International and Dutch business units.
  • Co-created and delivered ENGAGE accelerator program - a hands-on learning program focused towards coaching business teams to work on their challenge using the NN Innovation Method.
  • Formulated a process to capture mid and end of program feedback to make iterations and pivots to enhance participant experience and deliver greater impact.
  • In 2021, delivered15+ accelerators across 7 business units, impacting over 1200+ colleagues.
  • Presently supporting projects within the Scaling Excellence strategy including the Guild Leads Journey and the 100+ Tech Talent project.

Stakeholder engagement :

  • Responsible for compiling data and creating stakeholder review documents for both MT members as well as key stakeholders across the business units.
  • Collaboration with BU to further embed the customer-centric and innovation capabilities after the program is completed. Currently collaborating with team in Japan on a proposal for embedding NN Innovation Mindset within Japan BU.
  • Regular pulse checks with leaders across BU to evaluate how we can further support and enable their teams as well as gather feedback on our initiatives.

Program Management :

  • Responsible for the planning and end to end delivery of the ENGAGE programs, including sending invitations, post program follow-up e-mails as well as resources.
  • Responsible for creating and keeping up to date our SharePoint, to inform, inspire and enable our colleagues as well as the place to access all resources related to NN Innovation Method.
