• Coordinates SRHR clinics and outreach services for undocumented migrants and vulnerable populations. Responsible for contraceptive, abortion, STI care, cervical screening, volunteer management and stakeholder engagement.
• Drafting project proposals and donor reports.

• Currently leading the SRHR component of the international consortium project 'Take Care be Aware', implemented in Ukraine: Developing training materials for primary healthcare and MHPSS professionals. Updating SRHR resources tailored to adolescents and youth. Supporting strategy design for integrated adolescent care.
• In April 2025, conducted a follow-up needs assessment in Ukraine to inform new project proposals.
• From February to October 2024, contributed to enhancing HIV diagnostics and care in Ukraine: Assessed the needs of healthcare providers using qualitative research. Designed online and face-to-face training programmes. Authored a recommendation report, published October 2024.

• EVAA is the network of 140 primary care midwives in Amsterdam-Amstelland. EVAA includes 32 midwifery practices and three ultrasound centers. The association actively promotes value-driven maternity care, ensures freedom of choice, continuity of care providers, and the development of innovative care pathways.

• Facilitates childbirth education classes.

• Provided antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.

In Tanzania, I worked at a district hospital. I combined clinical work with supervising and coaching trainee midwives and doctors. Additionally, I conducted scenario-based training and continued education for midwives and doctors. I also contributed to the development and implementation of new protocols.

In Madagascar, I worked for Mobile Help Madagascar (NGO). I combined clinical work with supervising and coaching trainee midwives. Additionally, I developed and delivered educational programs for (student) midwives and informational programs for patients.
