- Designing and administering a comprehensive range of psychometric tests and assessments to ensure the identification and selection of high-quality candidates.
- Leading & managing a team of HR professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all recruitment and assessment-related activities.
- Collaborating with senior management and department heads to understand their staffing needs and priorities and develop appropriate recruitment and selection plans.
