• Prepared budgets and revised the forecast throughout the project execution phase ensuring optimal resource utilization and staying concurrent with the Project's financial goals. Was responsible to manage a $3.7M USD project after its was transitioned and multiple other projects ranging from $156k to $19.1M USD
• Analyzed the key drivers of project's profitability based on various parameters Revenue, Cost, Expenses, etc. Prepared variance analysis, led the calls with PPMDs and Presented Financial Updates Biweekly, Monthly and Quarterly
• Prepared Bi-weekly Financial Updates after analyzing the KPI's of the project, presented about the key drivers of change to the PPMDs and project team, measured the financial impact of different project related scenarios and came out with the best possible suggestions and helped the project team in decision making. Was part of the team of 3 that managed financials of a cloud project for 9 months and could exceed targeted profit margin by 4.8% resulting in total margin of 76.8%
• Worked in close coordination with the project team for the day to day updates. Sent the weekly Time and the Revenue Reports to the project team
• Monitored the Expense audit and handled a team of 3 Associate Analysts and proactively communicated with the PPMDs about the Expense audits
• Closed the Projects on SAP HANA, Coordinated with the Finance Department
