As a lead SCM consultant, I was responsible for implementing SAP solutions for various international clients. Mentoring team members and off-shore resources to deliver value to the customer. Assure quality and delivery within schedule time and budget.

During my work tenure I held various positions and I was involved in many challenging projects, assignments ranging from product development to managing production and supply chain. As planning manager, I was responsible for maintaining daily production output of 50,000 SKUs. During 2000-2001 participated as process lead for implementing SAP in 3 manufacturing locations.

Achievements:

• Improved production efficiency and MTO through-put time by streamlining the sub-assembly planning.
• Improved forecasting capabilities by improving master data quality.
• Recipient of Liberty Award for implementing ERP SAP System in 2001.
