• Guided squads on architectural decisions, ensuring solutions were scalable, secure, and aligned with long‑term platform vision.
• Product Tech lead - worked with Product Trinity on portfolio walls, prioritizing the epics and features to be delivered by respective teams.
• Collaborated with Product Owners, Architects, and Product Leads to ensure technical feasibility, risks, and engineering capabilities were understood and planned effectively

Architecture & Technical Guidance

• Guided squads on architectural decisions, ensuring solutions were scalable, secure, and aligned with long‑term platform vision.
• Work closely with other Product Tech leads (front end) on design reviews and engineering decisions

Strategy & Delivery Alignment

• Translate business strategy into actionable IT plans for the area and other chapter leads
• Helped the other chapter leads in the area to translate the same for themselves and their respective engineers
• Maintain continuity last 6 months by bridging and collaborating with the chapter leads and the IT lead.
• Stabilize the area so that the deliveries are not disrupted.

Budgeting & Resource Planning

• Support short‑term capacity planning for One Business banking and skill gap identification.
