SOFiA González Lovelle

I assist customers in making informed decisions by offering detailed product knowledge and comparisons, as well as collaborating with team members to achieve a cohesive and efficient store environment. On top of this, I handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, with my priority being to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

During this shadowing programme I had to take part and accompany the CEO, Directors of Education, and the Admissions/Marketing Officer in their main meetings.

I took part in the signing of an agreement between the CEO and the Huber Foundation representatives, on a collaboration project between the school and the Hubert Foundation.

I worked with the CEO and Marketing team in:

- The organization of the Ski Trip 2022 with Proyecta Sport

- Discussion of the marketing video to promote the school with Bonus Studio

As a volunteer at an NGO which supports children from underprivileged backgrounds, my role was to help them with their homework, build trust, and listen to their stories and concerns.
