Securitas strategy is the become the leader in Protective Services. To become Securitas needs to deliver the same quality of service in each country.
When starting this role the Electronic Security deliver capability in Securitas differentiated a lot. We had countries like Turkey where we could deliver every Electronic Security Solution and we had France which had none. During this time my role was to provide the a standardized Electronic Security solution for a large Retailer (700 stores) in 19 European countries.
In 2018 we reached the point that Securitas can deliver a Solution Cross border. Opening the market for the customer to other divisions like North America, South America and AMEA.
During this process a Project Management Methodology has been implemented for implementing and deliver Cross border Solutions (Technology).
After 2018 continuous improvement on Solution / Technology sales and delivery.
Sold and delivers a standardized technology solution to a large retailer 3800 locations Globally, switching to a new platform. Contract 8 years and total value of 10M€ a year.

Start-up of a Consulting and Consultancy company for Security Technology in the Port of Rotterdam. Genesis Group was funded by a Technology company from Amsterdam. Unfortunately, due to disappointing results in Amsterdam, it was decided in late December to stop funding.
Chubb Varel Security is a large integrator of Electronic Security Solutions. As Account Manager I am part of the sales team (4FTE) in the Rotterdam Area. My IT background made it easy to talk solutions with the IT department of clients.
