  • As an Engagement Manager, I continued to oversee msg Europe consultants' work allocation, ensuring they were assigned to relevant projects and maintained high levels of billable work. During this period, I successfully sustained the >95% billable work achievement, a benchmark I had consistently met during my tenure in msg Asia.
  • In my current position, I am the Test Manager for a leading bank in Finland, where I am responsible for validating Subledger postings for their SAP FPSL implementation. To ensure proper process alignment and high-quality testing outcomes, I collaborate with multiple teams, from source systems to end systems. In order to ensure efficiency and consistency across all teams, I designed a robust testing process. Client recently commended me on my contribution to the timely delivery of a new product that had previously faced delays.

  • At a major Insurance Provider in Singapore for their SAP for Insurance implementation, lead claims team in development of 300+ products along with testing and change management process. Also managed Data Migration for all modules in conducting discussions with client, documentation, development and testing.
  • Extended this solution to their subsidiary in Indonesia, developed 40+ products in different lines of business, added new features and managed this account along with AMS services for 6 years with a positive customer feedback and within their timelines and budget. Customer was so happy as we got business from 2 new customers with their feedback.
  • Acted as a Product Owner for SAP Germany in designing and developing new functionalities in SAP Fiori by developing new applications to ease customers business. These new developments are part of their standard system and available in new releases.
  • Acted as a Engagement manager to monitor msg Asia consultants work allocation and allocate them with new projects and make them billable with sufficient work allocated. Achieved >95% billable work in msg Asia during my tenure for consecutive 2 years.
  • To stabilize a customer system in Argentina, upon Managements request, analysed system quality and quality measures taken by them….provided a proper regression test planning to improve the quality of solution.
  • Acted as a Test Manager for a leading Reinsurance organization in Japan to plan properly to enhance quality along with planning and strategies
