  • Led the transition of NL Hydro’s Safety and Health program to an ISO 45001 compliant Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Lead the maintenance and continual improvement of the SMS
  • Lead auditor for compliance audits of the SMS across the company
  • Liaise with divisions and departments to ensure alignment of annual plans, processes and corporate projects to achieve safety and health objectives as set out in the SMS
