  7. Responding to internal & external auditors' queries & providing them with the requested information.
  8. Preparation of quarterly Sales and Purchase reports.
  9. Preparation of VAT return.

  Supervision of below mentioned accounts:
  1. Registration of sales invoices & accounts receivable.
  2. Booking of purchase invoices and accounts payable & withholding tax and SSO.
  3. Booking of the petty cash expenditures.
  4. Bank transactions (daily receipts and payment), bank reconciliation statement.
  5. Booking the collection & refund of customers' guarantee CHQs.
  6. Responsible for payroll & related deductions (TAX & Social Security contribution).
  7. Responsible for quarterly VAT return.
  8. Responsible for quarterly purchase & sales reports.
  9. Controlling the accuracy of all accounting transactions.
  10. Ensuring the implementation of company internal controls.
  11. Executing the closing process at year-end.
  12. Dealing with the auditors during financial & tax audit.
  13. Controlling the accuracy of writing journal & general ledger.
