• Managing procurement of health category products such as Rapid Diagnostic Tests, Viral Load-EID (Early Infant Diagnosis), Other Diagnostics for Covid-19, HIV, Malaria and Tuberculosis, Laboratory and medical supplies, Medical equipment and Devices, and Next generation sequencing (NGS) among other health products.

• Managing a team of 9 Procurement & Client Services Specialists.

• Developed, implemented, and reviewed operational policies and procedures and secured compliance to increase efficiency and effectiveness in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Technology, Warehouse Management, Asset & Fleet Management, and Base Management.
• Offering guidance and leadership in different sectors so as to implement best practices and improve performance at all levels in Operations, Programming, Finance, Security, and Supply chain.

• Increased Team productivity, providing on-going training, coaching & performance feedback to staff.

• Designed, implemented, co-monitored and evaluated ADRA Rwanda's Humanitarian Emergency Program in all the 6 major refugee camps.
• Supported and coached staff to ensure program design was appropriate based on education and food needs, maintained program quality, and all ADRA emergency humanitarian projects tools were used appropriately to meet program goals.
• Increased productivity by developing comprehensive project timelines & monitored progress closely.
