Working the breakfast shift at the hotel was a fast-paced but rewarding experience. My day started early, often before sunrise, setting up the buffet and making sure everything was fresh and well-presented. I greeted guests with a smile, took special orders, and ensured the dining area stayed clean and welcoming. It taught me how to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and deliver great customer service. Interacting with guests from all over the world was a highlight—it made each morning feel different and gave me a real appreciation for the hospitality industry.

As a waiter here i was helping and coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house. My main focus was making sure dishes were ready to go, complete, and served in a timely way. I stayed in close communication with both chefs and other waitstaff to help keep service running smoothly. The role gave me a good understanding of pacing, teamwork, and the flow of a busy restaurant during service.
