Warehouse and Logistics Process Efficiency Analyst.

One of the largest marketplaces in Russia in 2023 introduced automatic processes for sorting and completing orders, adopting the experience of Chinese colleagues using their own databases and software. Our team was looking for the most effective solution. My tasks:

• сalculation of the efficiency of implementation of automated processes
• сalculation of return on investment for warehouse robotization
• analysis of the effectiveness of applying the experience of Chinese colleagues

Development and presentation of quarterly reporting form for sales department control and sales volume increase.

• сalculation of plan fulfillment
• earch for weak areas and positions
• ad-hoc requests

The main task is to develop, administer and provide technical support to users of the Excel-based sales calculator

• administration of the sales calculator tool (based on Excel) and data processing using Power Query, Power Pivot
• automation of the calculation of applied discounts and promotions
• technical support using Jira Service Managemen

The main task is to analyze the launch of advertising campaigns and promptly adjust advertising budgets based on the results of the analysis.

• calculation of the main advertising metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI, Retention Rate, Churn Rate)
• analysis of the results of the launch of advertising campaigns and A/B testing
• formulation of conclusions and recommendations based on the results of the analysis

The main task is to analyze financial information of customers, prepare expert opinions, due diligence. Working with client databases, including downloading, recalculation, error search, checking for compliance with current regulations:

• processing client information (downloading, preparing summary data and graphs, substantiating conclusions based on comments);
• restoring accounting registers based on database downloads and accompanying primary documents.

• conducting audit checks
• searching for accounting errors, non-compliance of the enterprise’s accounting policy with current standards;
• consulting on accounting, tax and personnel accounting issues;
• delivering seminars on issues of changes in tax legislation.
