- Responsible for FIT Gap analysis of MES product – PSIMetals with respect to business requirements.
- Responsible for template/ generic solution creation for MES implementation across the manufacturing site.
- Responsible for end to end MES implementation for Galvanizing Lines, Organic coating line, Direct sheet production, Hot strip mill area, Slab processing and scheduling area, Hot strip service centre, and cold rolling mill production areas.
- Highly specialized in all phases of MES implementation. These phases include requirement gathering, solution design, technical configurations, product enhancements, testing (unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, shadow testing), data migration, cutover, go live and after go live support.
- Responsible for stake holder management which included end business users, project management team of customer, internal TCS project management team.
- Responsible for steering very diverse team based out of multiple locations of Netherland, Germany, Poland and India towards successful implementation of PSIMetals.
- Ensuring right methods for deployment of code from lower environments to higher environments.
- Participating in system integration tests, user acceptance tests, shadow tests, go live activities, and hyper care support.
