Held finance responsibility during a period of significant growth, transformation, and multiple ownership transitions (PE to strategic buyer). Built and scaled the finance function, led cross-border integrations (incl. DDL acquisition), and supported the CFO with two M&A processes from both buy- and sell-side. Oversaw finance operations in the Netherlands and later Belgium, including accounting, financial control, budgeting, tax, and treasury. Key contributor to BU-wide projects such as SAP S/4HANA implementation and transfer pricing framework development. Member of the NL management team, with increasing involvement in finance strategy and business transformation.

Led multiple audit engagements across diverse industries, managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery in line with regulatory standards. Responsible for operational and financial oversight of audit teams, mentoring junior staff, and presenting key findings to senior stakeholders. Developed strong technical expertise, stakeholder communication skills, and a sharp analytical mindset.
