• Overseeing the planning of movement teams within the logistics division. Notably.
• I played a crucial role in the successful relocation of 7 warehouses. This complex task demanded precise planning and execution, especially considering the increase in production output as the demand on logistics was increased.
• Tasked to implement process changes outlined by process engineers for logistics work centers. This involved adapting and integrating new processes to enhance efficiency, align with organizational objectives and meet the growing demand of Prodrive.
