  • Project finance/financial modelling support for the global business
  • Built and managed the financial model for a 1.2GW floating development in Taiwan led by IX Renewables (currently bidding for stage 1, 180MW), bid submission date unclear (delayed from early 2024 to probably 2026)
  • Responsible for 65MW onshore wind development sale, including building from scratch and managing the financial model; managing the sales process (finding potential interested parties, writing the teaser and IM, managing VDR, etc.)
  • Built the capex model for disbursement, for a Taiwanese client (an EPCI company, whom IX are supporting as EPCI management company)
  • Carried out the financial due diligence for a Japanese developer considering to invest in an offshore wind development project in Taiwan: financial model review and analysing its assumptions and manipulating these
  • As part of a full due diligence for a portfolio transaction (Dutch onshore wind projects to be procured by an Irish investor) responsible for the review of the financial portfolio model and its assumptions
