Performed detailed security checks inside aircraft cabins to ensure safety before each flight. Searched for prohibited or dangerous items, such as sharp objects or other risks to passengers and crew. Worked closely with a multicultural team, improving my communication in English and learning to stay focused under time pressure. This role helped me develop discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.

After nine months as a Cabin Search Agent, I was promoted to Team Captain, leading a team of security agents performing detailed aircraft inspections. I coordinated team tasks, monitored inspection accuracy, and ensured all aircraft were cleared efficiently and safely.

This role required strong leadership, multitasking, and decision-making, especially under time pressure. Working closely with the team, I learned to communicate clearly, manage people effectively, and maintain precision while staying efficient.

Daily work in the aviation environment strengthened my responsibility, teamwork, and situational awareness, qualities I continue to develop as I pursue my goal of becoming a professional pilot.

Provide support to customers across the Netherlands and Belgium, handling inquiries about orders, deliveries, and returns. Collaborate with colleagues to solve complex issues and ensure smooth customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role helped me develop efficiency, prioritization, customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
