I am a gender and diversity specialist currently finalizing a PhD in Inclusive Gender Diversity Training at Radboud University. My academic research integrates critical theory with applied training methodologies to foster inclusive workplace practices. With extensive teaching, research, and project experience, I offer strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, qualitative research, and policy analysis.
