Worked with the data science team to develop an end-to-end, efficient inventory model as a solution, devising a 5-step approach and used ridge regression. As a result, they were able to gain complete control of their stock leading to reduction of wastage and prevented capital being tied up on inventory
Understood their working methods( business as is) and identified their business problems. Collaborated with the agile team to drafted business processes, listed the KPIs(key performance indicators), and charted process flows for converting their manual (Tally/Excel) systems into an automated ERP system.
Worked extensively on file manipulations in C to create a system for holding all the records of present and past employees. worked under a database specialist to design databases for real-time applications using MySQL as well as MongoDB.
Designed data flow diagrams, databases, and the architecture for basic banking software.
