Banking: Data Governance Implementation using Power Platform
Managed a team to implement Data Governance to ensure that data is consistent and trustworthy and doesn't get misused after understanding business processes from the client. Worked with the client to understand their business flow and prepared Business Process Model before moving forward with redesigning and strategizing new technological solution along with the solution architects. Worked as Agile coach of the team to implement scrum framework ensuring smooth incremental delivery of the product and followed the lean approach in minimizing wastage.
Aviation: Automating Finance and Emission Reports for a Europe based Organization
I managed the team through servant-leadership model focusing on assisting clients in technological innovation and the business oriented strategic adoption of technology to modernize, digitize, automate and streamline their business practices. Collaborated with the client to analyze the problem at hand, identify possible alternatives, design an adequate technological solution and assist in its implementation. Worked with business users to gather requirements and doing analysis to meet the business needs by planning strategies and incorporating automation to deliver Finance Reports that reduced the manual intervention and saved time of creating reports manually.
Insurance: Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation for a UK based client
I was involved in the entire Business Process Management and delivery of the project including resource management, cost management and quality management. The project was involved with testing of Oracle Financials Cloud implementation for modules like Accounts Payables, General Ledger and Financial Reporting. I was also directly involved with business users and functional consultants in finalizing test scripts, leading and conducting UATs in various modules. LeSS framework was utilized for scaling scrum to multiple teams who were working on the single product.
Management Consultancy: Automation of Month End Processes
I was involved in the management of the end-to-end delivery of the SAFe project using Kanban systems to manage the backlog and flow of work at every level of the framework, which was handling the automation of Month End processes of closing all the sub ledgers including Account Payables, Account Receivables, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting. I also helped in implementing ideas for smooth operation of the business whenever the team faced any obstacle in order to understand the process flow of the entire month end cycle.
Management Consultancy: Oracle R12 Maintenance and Support
I worked as a ScrumMaster and Business Analyst and helped in overall development of client's business. I helped the users with analyzing various critical issues related to Month End closing of General Ledger and all the sub ledgers including Account Payables, Account Receivables, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting. I also helped in implementing ideas for smooth operation of the business whenever the users faced any obstacle in performing day to day activities like payment processing of suppliers and employees. As a ScrumMaster my role included active participation and accountability in sprint planning, scrum meetings and co-ordination with the Product Owner in management of the Product Backlog.
Insurance: Oracle R12 Implementation of financial reports and Sub ledger accounting structure for the United States based Organization
Worked as a Techno functional consultant and Scrum Manager in managing the team and helping in delivery of products in sync with the Definition of Done at the end of each sprint. Worked on Financial Accounting Hub module to develop the financial accounting structures. I was involved with requirement gathering, Function Design Document preparation and doing setups of the financial accounting structures in FAH.
Transportation Industry: Oracle R12 Implementation for APAC and European regions
Started as a senior developer then I was the technical lead of the team that followed Waterfall model. Revamped the whole release management and implemented the auto deployment. I was part of the 3 rollouts and was part of the full project cycle starting from requirement gathering to migration and post production support.

I started as a technical specialist in maintenance and support team, with time I took the responsibility of managing the team, assigning tickets, coordinating with clients about change requirements, managing tasks in Jira and maintaining SLA in service now.

I worked as a developer working on multiple reports using BI Publisher and Oracle Report Builder on the basis of requirements gathered from clients for the Oracle R12 Implementation.
