I was involved in the entire Business Process Management and delivery of the project including resource management, cost management and quality management. The project was involved with testing of Oracle Financials Cloud implementation for modules like Accounts Payables, General Ledger and Financial Reporting. I was also directly involved with business users and functional consultants in finalizing test scripts, leading and conducting UATs in various modules. LeSS framework was utilized for scaling scrum to multiple teams who were working on the single product.

I was involved in the management of the end-to-end delivery of the SAFe project using Kanban systems to manage the backlog and flow of work at every level of the framework, which was handling the automation of Month End processes of closing all the sub ledgers including Account Payables, Account Receivables, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting.
