• Set performance expectations for the team, monitor progress towards finishing a location, delegate responsibilities according to individual strengths, and provide constructive feedback as needed.
• Responsible for communication between the school and the team and solving any problems that arise to ensure a smooth working experience for everyone.

• Assist in the planning and preparation of activities for elderly with dementia.
• Provide snacks, lunch and a clean environment throughout the day.
• Increasing the social media presence of the day care, highlighting the activities organized and the creative work of the elderly.

• Responsible for cashier work, greeting customers who enter, handling the packages and filling the shelves.

• Providing training and practice for teachers by acting out a difficult class situation or one on one talk and giving constructive feedback based on teaching theory.
• Being able to adapt and respond to the teachers actions as would happen in reality.
• Critical analyzation while staying in the assigned role.
