I started working at Cvhezzik as a dock worker, where I was responsible for unloading trucks and handling incoming deliveries. After two weeks, I was assigned to the freezer department, working as a reachtruck operator.

My main responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the quality of temperature-sensitive products
• Fast and accurate order picking using a handheld scanner
• Training new employees and guiding them through warehouse procedures
• Organizing and delegating tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Working in this dynamic environment has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, coordinate logistics, and support team performance.

DocMorris is an online pharmacy specializing in the distribution of medications across Germany. I worked in various warehouse positions assigned by the team leader, demonstrating flexibility, independence, and responsibility.

My responsibilities included:

• Operating three types of warehouse trucks: Reach Truck, Smalle Gangen Truck, and EPT, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of pallets throughout the facility
• Restocking shelves quickly and accurately to maintain continuous workflow
• Performing manual tasks such as pallet preparation, package opening, and product counting
• Supporting smooth warehouse operations by adapting to different roles and priorities as needed

This position enhanced my technical skills and confidence in using various types of machinery, as well as my ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Efficient order picking using EPT trucks and Zebra handheld scanners, ensuring accuracy and speed in every task
• Working in accordance with strict quality and safety standards
• Meeting daily productivity targets consistently — often exceeding the required performance level and outperforming many of my coworkers
• Quickly solving problems and adapting to changing priorities on the floor

After three months of consistent high performance, I was offered a contract extension and a raise, in recognition of my work ethic, reliability, and above-average productivity.

Eurocash is a nationwide warehouse network that supports independent entrepreneurs in Poland by offering innovative cooperation models and effective business tools.

My responsibilities included:

• Providing customer service and issuing invoices
• Handling deliveries: unloading goods, checking shipments, and organizing promotions
• Stocking and monitoring product placement on shelves
• Operating a forklift to transport and position pallets in the correct warehouse zones
• Ensuring efficient flow of goods and maintaining order in the storage areas

This role strengthened my ability to handle a variety of clients and taught me how to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Sofra Anadolu is a highly popular and busy restaurant, which taught me how to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high service standards even during peak hours.

My responsibilities included:

• Providing fast and friendly customer service
• Taking orders and managing telephone reservations
• Assisting the manager in coordinating team workflow and organizing staff tasks
• Supporting the smooth flow of service by helping manage both staff and customer needs

This role helped me build strong communication skills and taught me how to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a dynamic and high-paced environment.
