- We are migrating the current logistics process from Mainframe (Cobol, IMS DC, IBM MQ) SAP TM to Blue Yonder from scratch and migration of some components to cloud.
- As a key contributor at renowned steel industry in Europe and India, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our coil transportation operations which is in mainframe through the successful integration of the BY Transportation Management System (TMS).
- In this project, we focused on streamlining the end-to-end logistics process, optimizing the delivery of manufactured coils to our valued customers.
- Also working on the ML model to predict the damages in the steel coils.
- Initiated the project during the blueprint discussions, actively participating in high-level business discussions to migrate the existing landscape legacy system (Mainframe) to Blue Yonder landscape and cloud for data analysis and ML model damage analysis in steel coils.
- Gathered user stories and facilitated the creation of process flows, setting the foundation for the project.
- Collaborated intensively with the integration team to seamlessly migrate orders from the legacy system.
- Implemented REST API and IpaaS integration to ensure efficient and secure data transfer from mainframe to Blue Yonder TM system.

- Continuously fine-tune SAP/Mainframe system configuration.
- During the COVID time we migrated the printing of the document to PDF and archive this in repository using FTP and cloud.
- For Dutch customs saving we done the project to save 2.5 Million euro per quarter using mainframe and Azure data lake.
- Integration monitoring & failure troubleshooting of mainframe application – focus on the root cause and error reduction.
- Provide and apply application expertise and partner with regional Key-User network and Logistics Engineers to identify improvements, develop proposals and deliver on the change process.

- Enhanced the existing application which was in REXX to IMS screen and COBOL program.
- Created new IMS screen to communicate with other order planning systems.
- Replace the old architecture of the message processing from External warehouse of Tata steel to standard IBM message queue to receive the message.

- Joined as a junior developer in this project. The project contained Migration of the existing system which was accessing ADABAS database.
- Sole purpose of this exercise was to replace ADABAS database with Relational databases DB2.
- All databases and application programs have been migrated to new data model.
- Create CRUD (database access pattern identification) reports for the total inventory of 3200 programs.
- Successfully completed the PoC and Conceptualized the concept of DAL (Data access Layer) to be the single source of Access for all programs with the new DB2 database.
- Design and develop the DAL for Four Subject Area and analyze the particular subject area for the different Access methods that will go into the DAL.
- Prepare a cookbook for the DAL and coding methods which is used religiously within the delivery team.
- Provide technology consulting to the new team member during the design, development and testing phases.
