Keyprojectsdelivered

  • Played a key role in Cawthorne Channel gas plant pre-start up checks and commissioning in 2005/06
  • Fully involved in re-commissioning and pre start-up check for LM1600 solar Turbine /compressor start up after a prolong shutdown due to militancy attack on the facility in 2008
  • Re-commissioned Burner management system (BMS) in 2008
  • Re-commissioned the USMs in the facility GF868 & GM868 in 2010
  • Awoba gas Re-commissioning and start up in 2011
  • Successfully Operating the LM1600 Gas Turbine 90% availability in 2011/12
  • Played key role in SIL classification of H-Block Field at FEED office at 2013
  • Supervised the AGG modification on compressor trains January 2014
  • Reviewed the CAWC district VT and harmonized with RATS list and PEFS May 2014
  • Focal point for PI data display tags and instrument path on CAWG1 process book and sent to PMC surveillance center and followed up for review. February 2014 till date
  • The pressure control 45PCV-002A/B valve was set to manual made while will work on controller function block to allow the plant to continue to run and thereby not incurring down time resulting to reputational issues and environmental exposure as well as Regulatory fines baed on the new flare guidelines.
  • Replaced the faulty Fisher fieldvue DVC6200F on 45PCV-002A, and carried out device setup and auto calibration standard on valve.
  • Reassigned the PID block of the 45PCV-002A/FFPID5 and downloaded the configuration. And switched back to auto, currently maintaining fuel gas pressure at 4.5bar
  • FUEL GAS OLOMA- Successfully Re-started up and stabilized Oloma flow station and AGS plants incessant post trips. The Asset PACO team recognized me for the dogged approach adopted in resolving issues around incessant trip of the Oloma flow station and AGS plant, following steers from the terminal/asset leadership on plant availability improvement. To achieve an improved plant performance, I effectively resolve issues around liquid carry over to flare, auto-drain valve failure, LP Vessel control issues (to mention but a few) within few days of troubleshooting. This effort has resulted in sustained production of ca 5000bbl/d oil a and significant reduction in flared gas volumes to meet both our production and GHG targets
  • BONNY TERMINAL UNIT 13- Resolved Bentley Nevada TDI cards on K1301/2 Gas Compressor on unit 13 was successfully replaced, configured and fault cleared. Also demonstrated the several winning behavior by saving the company the cost and time of bringing in the GE/AGG teams expatriate specialist.
  • OLOMA AGS- Supervised the construction work, installation, configuration, commissioning and REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING OPTISONIC 7300 KHRONE FLARE WITH GF 868 PANAMETRIC FLARE METER (Transducers, Pressure transmitters, Temperature transmitters and Parametric electronics) due to inaccurate reading on wrong selections of field device installed. After Effecting the Change, the flare volume drop to 0.025 to 0.05mmscf/d as against the targets of 0.368mmscf/d.
  • OLOMA AGS- Demonstrated great gross cost ownership and performance in safely resolving the communication fault on the failed magnetic pick up speed sensor of the compressor driver (CAT ENGINE), which resolved the speed challenge on the CAT engine speed rpm and subsequently , the Oloma AG compressor was restarted successfully, saving the asset team from unscheduled deferment due to oloma AGS unavailability, cost saving of 60k, unlocking approx. 3mmscfof gas export delivery per day, reputational issues and environmental exposure as well as regulatory fines based on the new flare policies and guidelines.
  • OLOMA AGS- Successfully troubleshot and rectified the SIL 2 block switches fault on the Field Terminal Assembly (FTA), the inhibiting alarms and timer signals etc. which were tripping the Oloma AG Compressor at every 24 hours interval. After the fault resolution, we carried out a transition state test and the outcome were successful. This also contributed to the huge step towards: Improvement and Sustained Availability of the Oloma AG Compressor!
