- The new King Abdulaziz International Airport three-stage development started in 2006, and is currently scheduled for an official opening on 1 January 2019 The project is designed to increase the airport's yearly capacity from 13 million to 80 million passengers.citation needed
- The expansion includes brand-new passenger terminal building, a 136 meter air traffic control (ATC) tower(the world's largest act tower), airfield hard-standing and paved areas, lighting, fuel network systems, electronic passenger guidance system and storm water drainage network. There will also be a newly constructed support services building and upgrades to the existing runway and airfield systems. The three stages, according to GACA—the General Authority of Civil Aviation of Saudi Arabia, will be marked by staged capacity increase to 30 million, 60 million and 80 million passengers per year.
- The new airport will be accessed by the Haramain high-speed rail project network. Prince Majed Street will connect to the Al-Laith Highway, forming a fast north-south transit route.

- From 24th July 2006 to till Jun 2012 I worked in Several SBG’s Projects at King Abdullah Economic City, Rabigh. Major projects are:-
- While working in Bay La Sun Project I got degree in Civil Engineering from American International University, Jeddah in the year 2008 and after that I was working as Technical Engineer for KAEC – Bay la sun Project.
- From 01.05.2007 to 31.01.2008 I worked as Draftsman and from 01.02.2008 to till date I am working as Technical Engineer in Technical Office. This project was also in KAEC area named Bay La Sun Towers. The twin tower consists of 6 Floors, roof and Lower Ground Floor in each tower with 116 Apartments. The original contract value is 357 Million Saudi Riyal and it includes Landscape/Hardscape, Drivers room, Swimming Pool etc. Emaar Middle east is the client and Turner Arabia is the Project Management and Solaiman A El Kherji is the Consultant for this project which was design by Saudi Diyar Consultant. My responsibility in this project are to review of shop drawings (based on design), Record Drawings, As-built drawings, sketches, Take-off quantity for all Civil and Architectural items, Supporting and guiding Survey Department, and co-staffs (draftsman), Coordinating with Consultant for finalizing drawings etc.
- From 3rd April 2008 to 25th September 2011 I worked as Technical Engineer in Technical office. This project was one of the biggest projects in King Abdullah Economic City. The Project named VO2-B & C – 16 Buildings and the original contract value of this project was 1.4 Billion Saudi Riyal. In this project M/s Turner Arabia was the Project Management and M/s Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultant was the Consultant (The project terminated on 5th August 2009 after the construction of 4 buildings basement). After the termination also I was part of closeout team related to this project. My responsibility in this project are to review shop drawings, record/As-built drawings, sketches, Take-off quantity for civil and Architectural items, supporting technical staffs. Coordinating with Consultant for finalizing all drawings related to C & A including record and as-built.
- From 24.07.2006 to 30.04.2007 I worked as Draftsman in Technical Office. The project named Emaar Sales Office which costs 100 Million Saudi Riyal which includes Sales Office Building, Fountains (4 Nos) Landscape & Hardscape, lake, City Gates, etc. Emaar Middle East is the client and Turner Arabia is the Project Management for this project. My responsibility in this project was to prepare and submit Record/As-built drawings related to the project, preparing necessary sketches and drawings which is required, correction of drawings which is required by client at site etc.
