Project 1: European Education Material And Services Supplier – Warehouse Transformation

• Performed the supply chain consultants engaging with several different workstreams across using the Dynamics D365 program in system implementation.
• Implemented Blue Horseshoe ORDER ISV
• Designed and tested integration to the external warehouse system and supported the client team in testing.
• Created the master report for the solution and relevant documents for the client with the overall project.

Project 2: British Fashion E-commerce Supplier – Warehouse and Distribution Transformation

• Transformed business and supply chain operations by moving all business operations from legacy to Dynamics D365.
• Supported the client team with different phases of designs, and resolved issues raised while testing.
• Created functional design definitions and test scripts produced for the client along with the user guides.
• Work with end users, business managers and developers to execute development of the designs, testing and implementation of the solution and enhancements.

Project 4: European Ventilation Distribution Supplier- Warehouse and Distribution Transformation

• Being on clients' multiple warehouses/on-site gathering requirements to better understand and design the warehouse using Microsoft D365
• Develop modifications for Microsoft D365 to allow warehouses to customize the software to their specific needs.

Project 5: European Electronics Manufacturing And Distributional Supplier- Warehouse health check

• Visiting clients' warehouses to assess the overall distribution center performance agreed upon capabilities against a sliding scale ranking.
• Present the final assessment results to the client's board to assess what needs replicating in the warehouse in the North American warehouses.

• Worked as a Transportation Specialist in the team Network operation center
  (NOC) and Relay operation center (ROC) at Amazon.com for North America region.

• Successfully assisted in the resolution of stakeholder issues related to daily
  freight movements' moving in and out of North American fulfillment centers and
  associated fulfillment networks.
• Identified and eliminated root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency in
  Amazons transportation operations.

  Vendors/Suppliers) as well as internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software
  Support, Fulfillment Centers).
