• Reporting directly to the Area Manager and CFO of H&M Netherlands. In total, I was responsible for maximizing sales and minimizing variable costs for 28 H&M stores in the area.
• For each store, I was setting up the yearly sales and costs budgets, and I was responsible for following up on the budgets.
• My main tasks were.
• Follow up on efficiency KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Preparing for quarterly meetings with Country Management (CEO, CFO, and Country HR).
• Preparing for the weekly meeting with area members, store managers, and informing them about the weekly figures and goals.
• Follow up on P&L, define the cost drivers, seek possible savings, and discuss this with the related departments.
• Leading budgeting and forecasting initiatives to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Oversaw financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

• Reporting directly to the Regional Controller (CFD Region South) and the Country CFO in terms of all financial aspects (monthly cuts, P&L, efficiency KPIs, budget and forecast follow-ups, etc.).
• Managing a yearly budget of over 5 million EUR for all logistics operation activities to provide the best service for two different brands with 66 stores, and managing a yearly budget of over 5 million EUR for H&M Turkey online operations.
• The total logistics costs consist of three main drivers, which are:
• Rent
• Salary
• Other costs (transport, consumable materials, IT, packaging, insurance, etc.)
• To maximize efficiency and profitability, I supported all departments and the management team with all controlling aspects to achieve the goals.
• I was also responsible for.
• Setting the budget for efficiency, quality KPIs, and DC costs.
• Defining and communicating the strategy to reach the goals, together with the DC management team.
• Follow up on planning accuracy, service level, and efficiency, and initiate actions to improve.
• Supporting the departments to work efficiently toward their goals.
• Analyzing the reasons for deviations between actual results and budgets, and initiating actions.

• Acting as Deputy DC Manager and managing 120 direct staff.

• Reporting directly to Area manager & CFO H&M Turkey. For in total 20 H&M stores in the area, I was responsible for maximizing sales and minimizing variable costs of stores. was working with the Store Managers and Area Team members to improve the efficiency of store operations, supporting in financial planning.
• For each store I was setting up the yearly Sales & Costs Budgets and I was responsible to follow up the Budgets.
• My mainly tasks were;
