  • As the Interim IT Director, my main priorities were a)assessing, and defining the technology strategy for the firm which led to an ambitious 18-month programme to deliver a cloud modernisation and transformation programme (Microsoft 365/Azure), and b) ensuring day to day IT operations were delivered to a high standard, cyber security and SRA regulations regarding data governance were met and contracts and license agreements were regularly reviewed/re-negotiated to reduce operating costs
