The project is an Islamic cultural Centre for women within Qatar Foundation campus, with its distinctive design and highest materials standards and selection, the project execution challenges were met with excellence meeting the esteemed client’s expectations.

Al Shuora Council (Project Value: 85 Million QR):

October 2021 to January 2023

With the client being PEO (Private engineering office), the project is considered of the highest build and finishes standards in addition to its nature of fast-track design and build, it is a very challenging project and I am proud to be part of this challenging mission.

Lusail Commercial Boulevard (Project Value: 2.1 Billions QR):

October 2019 to December 2021

Centrally located in Lusail City, has a total of 18 plots consisting of mixed-use (Offices, Hotels, Gallery, and Residential) buildings (Design and build project).

5 Star Hotel (Dusit D2 Salwa) (Project Value: 170 Million QR):

February 2016 to October 2019

The project is a five-star high-end finishes hotel with 3 basements, Ground, a mezzanine, and 7 guest rooms and suites including 4 restaurants and 2 ballrooms.

Katara – Marine Restaurant Project (Project Value: 120 Million QR):

January 2015 to April 2017

The project consists of a large-scale restaurant and 8 dining bungalows built inside the sea at Katara Beach, with the Maldives spirit with wooden architectural elements and Qatari heritage-influenced design. (Design and build project)

Qatar Foundation Research and Development Complex

(Project Value: 2.3 Billions QR):

June 2013 to August 2016

The Project is one of a kind advanced two research Labs large-scale buildings done for HBKU University with high-tech equipment and high-end design and finishes. (Design and build project)

PWA Schools Project: for the Public Work Authority in Qatar (Ashgal) (Project Value: 65 Million QR):

June 2012 to June 2013

The project consists of 2 large-scale schools in two locations including multipurpose halls, labs, classrooms, and outdoor sports activity areas to be handed over Within 12 months.

Silhouette high-rise tower project is a 5-star hotel (57 floors), with a modern/ contemporary design theme, there are 7 restaurants and bars, ballrooms, a health club, and a spa with a rooftop swimming pool.
