• Worked in a new food packaging factory, starting with the first product “ALWAHA TEA”
• Succeeded in planning and monitoring the factory’s establishment project progress from the construction to the launch of a second competitive product in Sudan tea market
• Work closely with the owners to prepare a detailed project implementation plan, along with monthly progress reports
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers in Sudan and overseas for factory’s equipment and Raw Materials (Tea, Machines, Flexible films, Boxes, Master Cases, and Utilities)
• Communicate with governmental institutions for legal required registration documents
• Establish and develop the factory’s departments one by one; Structure and Recruiting
• Succeeded to perform tasting sessions to determine our perfect tea blend and taste
• Succeeded to deliver a highly designed product with high quality packaging material.

• Part of the operation planning Unit in the Logistics department
• Logistics Coordination: Prepare weekly and monthly plans & reports on sales and marketing data using Microsoft Project to monitor the daily efficiency of the logistics process
• Process Development: Enhanced the monitoring practice by systematising the logistics process and developed a software with the IT department; an outbound share tool and destination vs origin Matrix.

• In the Data management team within the Business development department that was implementing SAP under the supervision of EY (Ernst & Young) Consultancy Firm
• Used SQL tool for analysing and interpreting data results, enabling to provide concise data reports and clear data visualisations for management
• Applied the four function (cleansing, completing, consistency, and accuracy) in the data governance, with high load of Excel sheets and data extraction to be presented in PowerPoints
• Worked in collaboration with the business process management team in defining the KPIs and processes optimisation.

• Worked in the solar energy field, designing Photovoltaic (PV) systems & specifications requirements for residential, commercial systems, helped me to engage with different types of organizations
• Designed offers for different types of organizations: Electrification 1.2 K Watts Telecommunication towers in remote areas; Electrification a remote area in Blue Nile State with 1M Watts system
• Succeeded in signing a tender of 20 Kilometres 80 Watts solar street lights project
