Minakshi Sinha

Minakshi Sinha worked on an internal project on Werkato where she did integration with Zendesk to automate the customer support workflow.

Minakshi served as a WebMethods developer and did integration between claim portal and car repair service company to handle non-life insurance claims. She developed the dispatch adapter for Roundcube , integration platform of CCS. The adapter allows Roundcube to send requests, that were received from the front-office, to car repair service company to retrieve a list of repair companies, submit a repair order, fetch messages for updates. The service of customers is optimized by improving the product range and increasing the efficiency of the internal and customer processes on a technically stable platform with an improved online environment (request lanes) for customers.

• Minakshi worked on a project which offers a commercial service that enables employees from various companies to lease bicycles. Minakshi served as an Integration Developer, responsible for streamlining the communication between different systems involved in this process. She designed and implemented integration flows to enhance the customer onboarding experience on the portal. For the payment systems she developed integrations to facilitate online payments when customers decided to purchase a bike. The entire customer onboarding process is conducted online, and payments are conveniently processed through a variety of online payment methods. 
• Veloretti, one of Pon's bicycle brands offers its customers to place orders for bikes online through various channels. All the orders information needed to be in one place for reporting purpose. Minakshi developed the integration between e-Commerce Platform (Shopify) and Enterprise Resource Planning System (Odoo) to synchronize the orders created in Shopify to Odoo system, making it possible to generate financial report.

B2B online portal project vision was to provide a uniform digital platform where users can view their assets and contracts detail. Minakshi developed the integration to do the initial data load from SAP Hana to Salesforce by leveraging bulk v2 API. She also developed APIs which are leveraged by the frontend application to retrieve the asset information from Salesforce to show to the user. Customers can see all their assets like contracts, installed equipment and components in a single unified portal.
