Full ownership of VodafoneZiggo's internal developer platform, serving 1,200 developers.

I manage the product by building a roadmap. Based on data and customer feedback, the IDP and software delivery processes within VodafoneZiggo. Some major deliverables:

• Asset database, all the way down to the code at the component level.
• An automated squad maturity checker using the asset database to check for DevSecOps standards.
• (AWS) Cloud self-service portal for squads.
• Standard building blocks for DevSecOps, testing, and CI/CD that can be consumed on demand.
• A release dependency manager for squads having complex releases.

As the product owner, I took full ownership of this solution. This includes the management of finances, operations, strategy, and product.

Responsible for the CI/CD (DevSecOps) platform, where teams can develop and deliver software to their environments automatically, including corporate-approved security and quality checks. I set the vision, roadmap, and engage with stakeholders to maximize value. The platforms, cloud and on-premise combined, are used daily by 1,200 developers.

The platform consists of fully integrated tooling, leveraging SaaS containers and self-managed solutions.

The budget I manage is roughly $3 million and requires me to manage partners, acquire software, and manage the labor budget of the dedicated team. As a Po of both the CI/CD and internal developer platform, I ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for developers and enable teams to deliver better, faster, safer, and happier.

At Devoteam i started my DevOps journey. As a DevOps consultant, I followed a 6-month training focusing purely on DevOps practices such as CI/CD, using technologies like Docker, Ansible, Selenium, Jest, Maven, and Jenkins. After my training, I became a consultant, of which you can find my experience and responsibilities above.

Responsible for the kickoff of the first DevOps platform within the ministry. I delivered:

• Dedicated team for the platform.
• Implemented an integrated platform consisting of only open source due to budget limitations.
• Change management for the teams that needed to adopt DevOps.
• Build a backlog for the platform.

My learnings where mostly to manage Stakeholders rather then Technical since it was a greenfield

• Responsible for the automation of data pipelines regarding TV-watching behavior used for marketing within liberty global.
• We used the following technologies: Ansible, Jenkins, Jinja, Docker, and Git using CI/CD.
